Knotted Bracelet Tutorial

I have been wanting to learn how to make these bracelets so I'm excited about this tutorial.  This is one of the knotted bracelets which I seem to have a hard time with so we will see if I can figure this out.  If I can't I hope you can :) and will share you experience with us.  I will not lie - it does look a bit complicated, but we're all up for a challenge, right??  Here it is from zszywka.pl:
