Garlic Parmesan Avocado Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
1 steamer bag
3 Tbs parmesan cheese
1 avocado, sliced, pitted, diced
1 Tbs garlic onion seasoning
3 Tbs Greek yogurt
Directions
Chop up cauliflower head and place pieces into the steamer bag. Steam as directed on the packaging. Add the steamed cauliflower to a mixing bowl and mash with a fork or blend in a blender.
Add Greek yogurt, seasoning, parmesan, and avocado to the cauliflower and mix and fluffy. Top with additional parmesan and serve.
