Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Posted on Jun 21st, 2013
Baked sweet potato fries are a delicious, healthier alternative to heavier, greasier deep-fried white potato fries. Try these alongside your next burger or sandwich!
If you’d like, you can sprinkle these with various seasoning mixes in place of or in addition to salt and pepper. Try chili-lime seasoning, smoked paprika, or garlic and onion powder.
Recipe Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed
- 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
